SALES LEADERSHIP AT ADDTECH
A PROGRAM TO DEVELOP A LEADERSHIP IN THE FOREFRONT – TO CREATE STRONG BUSINESS RESULTS, IN AN EVER-SHIFTING BUSINESS LANDSCAPE.
This is a program tailored for you as a CEO of an Addtech company or in a key leadership role within the group. The purpose of the program is to support and develop:
- Leaders who live, spread and develop our core values
- Leaders who build a strong corporate culture that enables development and growth – of both business and people
- In partnership create opportunities and power for expansion – through acquisitions as well as organic
- Leaders who perform leadership on the forefront
As a leader in today’s challenging times with a high level of uncertainty, complexity and volatility you have to be curious on your own development – and how you can catalyze the power and potential within your company, your people and the Addtech network. Leader in Addtech is a learning journey to expand the view on leadership and through that enable business growth.
We will during the program explore a different mindset on leadership and business development – from a theoretical platform but mainly through sharing knowledge, reflections and insights. We will co-create the program together so it will create most value for you and your company.
How, where and for whom?
The program contains of three modules 2+2+1 days and some coaching, individually and in group, between the modules. It runs over 5-6 months. We will meet physically in the modules (usually in the Stockholm area), but the coaching sessions can easily be performed digitally.
We start each module 09.00 and end at 16.30. Leader in Addtech is an exciting and demanding program, which means that you need to attend all modules and be present throughout the program.
The program is designed for CEOs and other key leadership positions within the Addtech Group. The Leader in Addtech program is not open to the general public, but it is possible to submit a notification of interest in participation.
