BUSINESS LEADERSHIP
A PROGRAM TO DEVELOP A LEADERSHIP IN THE FOREFRONT
This is a leadership program tailored for those who have management team responsibility or similar leading key positions within an Addtech company. The purpose of the training is to support and develop:
- Leaders who live and spread Addtech's core values
- Leaders who build a strong corporate culture that creates the conditions for development and growth, both of business and people
- Leaders who in partnership create opportunities for strategic business development
- Leaders who want to challenge and develop their own leadership
As a leader in today's challenging times with a high degree of uncertainty, complexity and volatility, you need to be curious about your own development and how you can catalyze the power and potential of the business, employees and Addtech's network. Business Leadership is a learning journey to expand the view of leadership and through that create the conditions for continued growth.
During the program, we will explore different mindsets about leadership and business development – of course from a theoretical platform, but mainly by sharing knowledge, reflection and insights with each other. We will co-create the program together so it will create most value for you and your company.
How, where and for whom?
The program runs for three months and consists of two modules, 2+2 days including coaching between modules. We will meet physically in the Stockholm area during the modules; however, the coaching sessions can be carried out digitally.
We start each module at 9 am and end at 4.30 pm on day two. Business Leadership is a demanding education and requires your full presence during the modules and throughout the program.
The training is tailored for positions that report to the Managing Director such as sales, production, product managers or similar key roles – preferably with management team responsibility. We also require that the Managing Director of your company has completed the Leader in Addtech training program.
It is not open for general registration, but it is of course possible to register your interest via your company's Managing Director.
