ADDTECH’S PROJECT MODEL

A PROGRAMME ON WORKING ON AND LEADING PROJECTS AT ADDTECH

To improve business acumen and the ability to run Added Value projects and customer-driven product adaptations, Addtech has developed a concise, educational and simple model. The project model was developed by a reference group of 10 Addtech companies with the consulting firm Goovinn and includes best practices, descriptions, templates and tools.

The goal is to not only present a simple method for Added Value projects, but also to increase companies’ control of profitability and risks in projects and to contribute to ensuring the right project decisions are taken. After the course, you will be able to apply the project model in your company.

Where, when, how and for whom?

The course Addtech’s Project Model is for anyone who works with customer adaptations, or anyone who works on or leads other kinds of projects.

The next course will be held on 15-16 September, 2020. The course is spread over 2 days (from noon on the first day until 4:00 pm on the second day) and will be held at Goovinn’s office at Kvarnbergsgatan 2 in Gothenburg.
